Hallam’s Waterfront

Opening doors for business back in January of 1996, Hallam’s Waterfront has certainly made a name for itself through the years. This Tasmanian eatery offers patrons a delicious slate of local seafood options coupled with a breathtaking view of the Tamar Yacht Basin. Glimpse a tasteful assortment of historic nautical-themed artefacts while sampling the freshest local produce the region has to offer. Hallam’s Waterfront Restaurant will provide a unique dining experience you won’t soon forget!

This waterfront facility was initially run by Sally and Stewart Hallam for almost a full two decades, but recently shifted into the hands of their son. Starting in 2012, Salisbury Hallam began infusing new life and vibrancy into the restaurant, offering a fresh take on the routine seafood items you’ve come to know. Salisbury presents customers with an expertly-curated smattering of innovative and accessible seafood options. His hand-picked staff has imparted faint overtones of Asian flavours in many of these dishes, rendering Hallam’s a preferred destination for seafood aficionados.
