All the work is now done and we are pleased to say that our new book, Cradle Coast Pantry, is with the printers and on schedule for delivery in mid November - just in time for Christmas.
We have again worked with Chef extraordinaire John T Bailey to produce a book that shines a spotlight onto the wonderful food producers of Tasmania's North West Coast. Lots of cows, whether they are producing cheese, milk beef or icecream, the North West Coast has a lot of them. We also have honey, and feijoas, sea urchins and octopus and a wide range of things in between. This book has delicious recipes using the finest local produce, great images of the spectacular landscape and mouth watering food images that will make you want to head into the kitchen to whip something up.
